I was thinking of upgrading to zbros on my front shocks, but I have the WE coilovers, not the airs. Is it still a noticeable upgrade?? What about the rears? Thanks in advance.

Zbroz Upgrade

With custom valving, a triple rate spring setup on the ski shocks and double rate setup on the rear track shock you may get close to the Zbroz.

However, I upgraded my '09 WE air ski shocks as well as the stock WE track shocks and would never go back. The custom valving and triple rate springs of the Zbroz X1`s are great. They are heavier duty shocks as well and dont need to be recharged nearly as much as the WE's. The X1`s have a nice plush ride that will take big hits and maintain a very good quality ride overall compared to stock.

I bought the X1 ski and track shocks from Fastrax and am very happy. I would never go back to a stock or modified stock shock setup.

Gerrman might be able to provide some feedback here as well....

The Zbros Exit ski and skid shock upgrade on my 09 163 Dragon was the best thing I did this season. As Sasky said, ride quality and performance are second to none. Look past the cost and just do it. You will not regret it.

you would be wasting a lot of money to ditch your walker evans needle shocks to go to exits in the front... you would be way better off to send your shocks down to max at tri city performance and have them custom valved for you weight and riding style and compliment them by a dual rate spring.... the walker evans needle shocks are amazing when set up properly... they do not come properly set up from the polaris factory... not even close

Thanks for the input. Just talked to Max at tri-city and he suggested putting a sway bar on and run the we needle shock/stock valving with their dual rate spring. Sounds like a fair idea just not sure about having a sway bar on their. I know I don't like the body roll in corners, just not sure if I would like the sway bar in powder. He says the roll will get worse if I put the dual rates on without the swaybar and doesn't recommend it. Thoughts?

very true... on my set up i only have a single rate spring...(because i refuse to run a sway bar) but my shocks are re-valved by max, and i couldn't be happier with the outcome. It made a night and day difference over the schocks on my D8. i never really cared about front shocks before i got these and now i dont know how i rode with anythings else before.
