Anyone running a Hindle performance kit???

Just wondering about putting a Hindle kit on my 2011 Nytro...less than half the price of a 180 MCX turbo and will add 35 hp. Don't want to spend too much on this sled because it is , what I like to call , (my wife's sled).

35hp? from a muffler, header, and airbox mod? someone is smoking something good and blowing some serious smoke up your a**. Maybee i am missing something, is there something else included with this "kit"? more info please. If there is no more to it, then put your money toward a turbo because i can guarantee you will not be getting a 35hp gain and you will be very dissapointed. You will be lucky to get 8 hp from this. Dynotech dyno'd the full hindle system and showed a 6hp gain.

I believe they re-map the ecu and do a clutch kit as well.

The Dynotech session was done on my sled...it made 9hp with no other mods, just stock mapping. That dyno session was a bust as Jim did not put a PC to see if he could get anymore out of it. However, the Hindle system does require airbox mods to make big gains. I'm on my 3rd season with it and absolutly love it.
I have posted a dyno graph in another thread, of the Hurricane Performance kit that uses a full Hindle system. This kit was developed on my sled and with a noise reducer in made 14.6hp over stock. Another fellow had his sled in there a week later and his made 18.6hp without a noise reducer.
The kit consistes of the full Hindle exhaust with a 20" muffler, airbox mod and PC mapped for the mods.
This kit will NOT dissapoint anyone who runs it...there are plenty of guys on TY running it and are very pleased with the gains. You will not get 35hp, nor would you from any kit with just bolt ons..but 15-19hp are the norm with this kit, just depends on whether or not you need to worry about noise...not bad for $1400

Get a push turbo for 3000 you will gain 70 hp @ 10,000 foot..don't waist your money on a exhaust system
