Anyone riding yet in Utah?

Just wondering if there is enough snow to get the sleds out this thanksgiving weekend. If so where are you riding.....

Road about 50 miles just East of Wolf Creek Pass yesterday 11/24 (Photo from ride below)... Just finishing up breaking in the new sled. All road / trail riding. Not to bad out there if that's all your looking to do. A little scratchy at spots where the wind blows, but it's better then just looking at my sled in the garage like the last couple months :-)

Met the Mirror Lake complex gromer at the Kamas gas station after my ride... he road Mill Hollow toward Strawberry the other day and said he got about 60 miles in. Sounded like about the same conditions... around a foot +/- He said the road was scratchy where the wind blew but all in all not bad for a road ride.

Haven't rode in Utah yet but did about 50 miles last weekend in Idaho and about 35 miles outside West Yellowstone the second week of Nov.. Hoping this storm will bring some much needed snow to Northern UT.

Thanks DUDE...

I'm hoping this next storm will bring some needed snow. I know it is still not very deep out there but would like to get some miles on the sled :face-icon-small-hap

Anyone get out today? And where did you go?

Thinking of getting out tomorrow! Leaving from South Jordan area.

Monte today.. Little base but you need to be careful for sure. Looked like 12" to 16" of new in the trees.. Maybe 10'' under that

How was the road from the parking lot??? was it super thin up at the top of power line?

Rode Unitas again Friday. About 8" new from the week before. Up high 20-30" now, still not enough to really ride. Hit on rock pretty good. Ejected me over the handlebars, lightly dented an A-arm.

Nice... So where in the Unitas did you ride? Any pics?

We unloaded at the Soapstone turnoff yesterday just past the Nobletts parking lot. We road for about 3 hours. We got up to about 10,200 Ft elevation. Saw a max of maybe 2ft with no base. We did scrub a fair number of rocks so we were careful to go slow.

I got my initial itch taken care of. Now I will wait for more snow.
