Anyone have a 975 that runs pump fuel at low elevations?

A guy is trying to sell me an 05 900 RMK with a carls 975 kit, he's been using 110/93 mix at 0-2000' elevation, aren't all of carl's 975's 110 only at low elevation? I didn't have any time to call carl's today so I'm just trying to see if someone else has some insight.

They are 70%110-30%92 below 5000 which i will be playing with seems to have a little to much octain and 50-50 above 5000 which mine ran great today the best it ever has climbed everything without the bog
