Anyone ever/heard of using seadoo prox pistons for 800 twin

i have been doing some searching for dual ring pistons. wiesco makes them, but i don't care for them. Rk Tek makes them but claims the stock bore (82mm) pistons , are 85mm turned down to 82's. To me that sounds like they jsut lost a lot of integrity and strength. also a claim made is that they build more power but a tweaked port timing. well the thing there is that the pro x seadoo pistons, that are shown being used. is that there pin height is different, thus shanging the port timing. only thing you would need to make sure of is your squish gap. correct that with base gasket and your off and running. so since they make a 82mm stock bore, which is a sead00 717 prox piston. the price is 60 bucks a pop and they should intern do everything rkteks claim to do. let me know your opinions please.

on the 82 mm stock bore pro x piston is the wristpen diameter the same? The distance from top of dome to top of wristpen the same?
It would sure be nice to have a set and check them.
Why not just get a set of the 85mm ones and make a big bore? What would the displacement be? 885cc?

an 85mm bore is a 860. and if i am not mistaken rk tek strips bores .003 and replates, dropm in 85mm pistons and your off with a 860. i want to keep stock bore for the time being. um from what i have found the pin is slightly off from a stock piston, but this is what is tweaking the port timing giving the sled more power.

the rkt setup i was running, 600HO-738 ran those pistons, not that big, but they were the prox watercraft ones. all you have to do is notch the end corners of the skirts so you dont wack the flyweight.
