A freind is on the local law enforcement and he was telling me about these flashlights and clip boards they are getting. If you are stopped and they drop this clip board on your door it senses any alcohol and gives cause. Better be sure your driver is 100% DD. Specially with feds pushing a new .05

I don't have a problem with having a passenger drinking if somone else is driving. I do extremely object to someone buzzed/drunk driving or drinking and driving. I have a wife and 2 Lil girls. One is turning one this Saturday the other is 3. The thought of them being hurt or killed by someone who's driving impaired. Enrages me!!

This new law will make criminals out of most of us. It is BS. and you are right about other substances...heck the DEADLIEST by far leading crashing is texting and driving. If they want to put some teeth into something that should be the target.
