They sound a lot like wolves. Hmmmm wild cats and dogs killing for fun.

Prevention:
Having your own cats spayed and neutered the ongoing abandonment of unaltered domestic cats who can also repopulate a vacated territory.
Feral cats are cats that have reverted to the wild. A feral cat may have originally been a housecat who was abandoned by its owners and left to fare on its own. These people suck.
Feral cats are often found in fairly predictable areas. They are found on college campuses and on military bases where students or military personnel abandon their cats when they move. In addition, virtually every large city has feral cat colonies formed when negligent owners abandon their cats and leave them to wander the streets. People can be so mean.. don’t be one of these have your animals spayed or neutered.
many farms have feral colonies to the control rodent populations. And they are very important for that. Finally, Helping feral cats can be very rewarding.
You guys are mean. “That’s not funny” same way with all the dogs left outside and on chain.
What should I do if I witness an animal being mistreated?
If you witness animal abuse or neglect, please contact your local humane society, animal shelter,
or animal control agency immediately.

Feral Cats are misunderstood...
Regardless, any one who would go out of their way to hurt or kill Feral Cats are a poor excuse for a human being... and there are no shortage of those aholes nowdays...
hmmm maybe the "Running Man" concept should be put into action... starting with those Feral Cat killers as the runners...
