We just got back from Walden and rode Buff fri and Rabbit Sat. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the snow was on Buffs Pass. Deep in the trees made for some great boondocking and we found alot of untouched meadows. The land mines are there but if your just a little aware there not a big deal. 6 of us rode and we only bent 1 a arm. Rode Rabbit Ears Sat and thought the snow was great on the east side and plenty of good snow in the open areas to carve up, the west side is pretty tracked up and a lil skimpy. That being said we still found plenty of snow to pull some cool hills on the south end (dont know there name but popluar area). We drove 11.5 hours to ride and we were all very happy and had an awesome time! Perfect weather also. Stayed at North Park and again found Dave and his wife to be the best. Antler Inn has great food too. (try the party platter as a meal)

We'll be going back to Walden for sure, prolly in two weeks. More snow would be great of course but when do we snowmobilers ever say different.
