Just curious... for those whose sleds were shipped missing parts (7S display or EGT sensors), how long did you end up waiting for the parts to come in? My Matryx Khaos Slash 155 NA arrived at the dealer 1.5 weeks ago but still waiting on the 7S and EGT.
It took 6 days for the EGT sensor for my Boost to come in. My Boost came in on the 8th and the sensor the 14th. Gonna go pick it up this week.

There’s a napa part number floating around for a direct replacement EGT probe.

I found one of those on ebay. I'm going to call my dealer tomorrow morning and see if they are OK with me getting one of them if it's still delayed. However, that still leaves me needing the 7S to show up.
I’m in the “arrived at dc” status now dealer says roughly six days to get it in my hands and all appearances are that it is complete!

It's funny you guys are getting those messages. Last one I got was shipping by December 15th. Picked my 165 boost up last weekend.
I am suspect of those emails. My sled last year, I got the email that it was shipping 3 days after I had picked the sled up from the dealer. However, I am still without any emails on either of my sleds. Unlike all the Karen's I have yet to call my dealer or Polaris. Pretty sure a phone call or email hasn't sped up the process EVER. My dealer knows I'll come down with payment as soon as any of my sleds are ready to pickup. I'll just keep staring at my pile of parts I received from Burandt and ride my dialed in 21 ?? There are much worse problems to have than crying about a new snowmobile.

Yeah...mine. I'm also in NH and you ordered the exact same sled as me...Khaos Matryx Slash 850 155. Mine is also missing the 7S display. The missing probe is common and so is the 7S display. Where did you order yours from? Mine was through HK Powersports Hooksett.
I ordered from HK in hooksett as well mine has its 7S display just no probe and I've gotten 3 different answers from 3 different sales guys as to when the probe will show up
Small world... I have a probe on order and it should be here by the end of the week. You can find them on ebay. Although, I have not verified if HK will let me take delivery with the one I provide. Still need a display though... UGH
I can't really break free for a ride until New Year's weekend anyway so I'm not that broken up about it. I just want it in my hands to get it ready to ride.... BMP bumpers, Mountain Addiction gas can and tunnel bag and magnetic tether.

Matt is my sales guy as well. Cam would probably have more insight into the parts issue...or go directly to Jim. The parts mgr is a friend of mine so I'm going to see if he can help in any way.
I know Jimmy the owner pretty well I'll see if I can squeeze some info out of him
