Any reviews of the Holz Pro rmk shock revalve?

His revalve and extra reservior of the front and rear suspension look intriguing.
Any reviews of this set-up on a 2013 pro?

Much, much better! It is worth the coin for the rear especially, I did the resevoir upgrade on the rear track shock also. Fronts are much better but still lack a bit... I would do the rear (with res) and simply add the dual rate springs to the front, I think that would get you the best bang for the buck.

I went with just the revalve on the skid to get me through the rest of the year. Got it back together last night so no time on it yet, I'll post after the weekend.
Great turn around time and cheap.

I have his whole package on mine and as far as I'm concerned it's a huge improvement over stock. It's easy to fine tune and only takes a couple seconds to change the way it handles.

Carl's revalving is cheaper and works incredibly well. No remote reservoirs but I can't really see why you need them on a mountain sled. I have the Carl's revalve on all of my shocks with a heavier spring on the rear track shock because of my weight (235 lbs.). It works SO much better than stock.

I just got mine back today from Holz. I did the full deal(revalve for 155lbs. and all 4 w/res) but probably won't get to try it until next season. :-(

I can tell that the ride-in or sag if you will is much more now than it was in stock form. Hopefully that will be an improvement?

The best thing I have done to this sled. On the whooped out trails its a night and day difference and in the deep snow I think it gets on top a little better because I can run the fts looser. For the price its a great upgrade.

I did the complete holz setup on my 11 last year. I really like the new needle rear shock with the 5/8 shaft. 5/8 shaft really helps bottoming. Piggy backs are nice, but I really only change my settings now and again. As far as valveing goes I didn't see much change. I asked for quicker rebound and I didn't get that. The front shocks rebound so dam slow. Hit a bump on the trail and your shock is still compressed when you hit the next. Haven't heard anyone complain about that though. IMO put the rear needle shock on, and maybe send the others off to Carl's for a revalve if you think you need it, and save some cash.

Carl's is NOT cheaper, they want $140 per shock. I couldn't believe it.

Did it last year. Full cost for a new FTS and the other 3 revalved and clickers added was a grand. It was better but I wished I had just gotten Foxes or Raptors. The skid has some geometry problems that won't be solved by any shock change. You lose fully one third of the suspension travel in the rear, then it gets really stiff, then it bottoms out. Couldn't be worse but in deep fluffy snow it doesn't matter. The 13 shocks are better valved than the 12s but I just sprang for a KMOD and Raptors all around. I REALLY like having clickers. More compression damping for the whoops and heavy snow, less for the fluffy stuff. When the shocks are set soft the Pro doesn't like to carve in wet WA snow. It will just go straight trying to sidehill downhill unless you really horse it around.
