Any other handicapped riders out there?

Handicaped riders

Wow after reading this thread I feel like a cry baby. I have birth defects to both legs but I can walk kind of. I have riden for about 20 years in the cascade mountains. I am finding my age (68) is affecting me more than my disability. All of you keep on riding.

Miles

I started riding after I lost my left arm (above elbow) on a bike. Having grown up on bikes I felt as if I was missing somthing. I started snowboarding to fill this viod. While on a trip to Jackson Wy., A friend and I rented a couple sleds, WOW I found what I had been looking for! I now live in the Tetons & put on 6-7 k a year between guiding & ridin with the boys! Would love to take part in a group ride with other challenged riders, as I'm sure we could all learn from one one other. I ride with a buddy who's neck has been completely fused & have also rode with another local one armed rider. Any thoughts on where such a ride might best take place. Just an idea, Togwotee.

Lefty
Howdy Lefty, how many miles do you ride a day as a guide? I'm just getting started riding snowmobile with one arm, not sure how many miles I can ride a day.
