Any one running a Polaris 860 BB kit from Engine-Tech?

I bought a nearly new 860 Engine Tech BB kit for a Polaris 800 from another Snowester, and he did not have the set up sheet from Engine Tech. I have talked with Art at Engine Tech a number of times over the past month, and he can not find the set up sheet on his computer. I know that Art is busy and I dont want to keep bothering him for information on a kit that I did not buy directly from him. I just wanted to see if anyone else may have the set-up sheet that they can scan in and send over to me.

Thanks in advance,

Brad

Give me some more info, elevation, clutches ect.... I might be able to get you started....

I dont have a sheet though, but I dont remeber ever getting a set up sheet.

I am running at sea level right now, but will be between 9,500-11,500 in April. I would like to tune it in for sea level 10 - 30 degrees F and then I should be able to adjust for elevation.

I have:

2001 Pro-5 800 brand new donor engine w/860 Engine Tech kit.
Stock 800 Poo Mikuni 40mm rack carbs 540 mains, e-clip at #3
2 sets of Engine Tech VES spacers (dont know what longer/shorter do only 1/8" difference)
SLP Ceramic coated single pipe/can combo from a 2002 800 VES
VForce III Reeds
SLP Air Horn, Gutted airbox, SLP 5" Speedo Delete
I am running a 800 Pro-x CDI, he also gave me a 800 RMK CDI. I have a 2002 800 XCSP CDI as well as a 2003 RMK CDI w/perc as well.
Stock Poo wide roller primary 71.5g weights at sea, 62g at elevation
I have the stock button secondary with a clutch kit from Chopper City in Mn, unknown helix and spring weight
I also have a Team secondary with a 531 Twin Trax Helix 46-34-F / 48-34-F and a 535 Twin Trax Helix 54-34-46 / 64-42-46 and red/black spring available.
I am also running a digatron 4 window EGT.

I just ran a tank (10 gal) of 50% 91 octaine, 50% 100 octaine oxyginated fuel at a 100:1 Amsoil Interceptor mix just to make sure the oil pump was working properly.

The engine seems to run good once in the powerband, but huffs and pops at idle. If you get on the throttle quickly it acts as if it loads up, but once over 2200rpm it wakes up and pulls strong.

I would like to make sure the engine is running properly and making good power before I switch to clutching/gearing.

Plugs are clean, but not real wet with carbon deposits on the electrode. Pistons have some carbon build up on the domes, but are clean about 7/8" from the sides.

The original owner told me that he ran 3 tanks of fuel through it and was still in the process of breaking it in, when he took over another project and shelved this one.

I just want to make sure that I am starting at a good point and work from there while the weather holds out down here.

Thnaks Much for your help here, Snowest rocks!!

what pilots in there

whats the timming set at

clutch weight 66 g at sea level on cold days 68 g

God do I feel like a fool - the mount for the cable to the oil pump broke off and the oil pump must have been running wide open, since I used 1 gal oil to 10 gal fuel. Explains the carbon on the pistons and the plugs being clean.

Don't know - it is 50 degrees and soupy out. They are calling for cold temps and snow by the weekend. I need at least another day or 2 of tuning, then I can rejet and clutch for elevation.
