Search function is a wonderful thing, I've been making them for years. I don't currently have any but I can see about doing a run when I get home. It would be a couple of weeks before I could get them done as I'm riding for a week right now.

Would any of these work? https://www.mcmaster.com/#roller-chain-sprockets/=15yzd0y
I've never bought one because they are the same cheap crap gear as TS uses but yes I think the Mcmaster part number is the 8255k12 or the 8255k32 which look the same to me. I probably cant get a metal run done before the end of the first week of Feb, I wont be back to the shop until the end of January so if you are in a pinch the above gears should work. You will need to do your own research. I have found the TS brand of gear online before, search by the name printed on the gear, they are designed for conveyor belt systems, no joke.

I guess youd have to go to a longer chain to run the 17t steel gear? 6663k52. Seems like a pretty easy fix if someone had to put on a new chain anyways
