would not recommend going there, ice chute for a trail(firehouse) very little snow, pissed off skiers, and oh yeah they closed it down for the season.

On the other hand, I heard that LL is not accesible from Primrose either... both bridges are either down, too narrow or too difficult to cross...

There is a one lane bridge on Primrose trail though I have no idea on riding conditions out that way.

My standard answere is "the trail is hammered & it is raining". I'm gonna stick with that! Oh yea, bring snow for the trail, it is roots and rocks, gonna be icy. The chute is in good condiction though
