Any big foot believers?

Bigfoot's cousin is here, working in MN.

He's 26 ft. tall, and greets children by name when they enter the park. LOL!

Oh, and his pet ox works there too. :face-icon-small-win

Bigfoot Report From Farmhouse

Bigfoot Report From Farmhouse 2.

8-10-ft Bigfoot approached farmhouse one night while people were sitting waiting for it as it had been reported banging on house at nights; ran off when shot at.
Source.

Keep trying there buckaroo. School is out!

get a load of this report:

Dec. 1967 Teton Forest nr Jackson Hole, WY Two university students from Marshalltown, IA Saw what they thought was a bear and shot it. They examined the corpse and found it was dark brown, humanlike, about 7 ft tall, and hair-covered except for soles and palms. They left the body where it was.

What dumbases. they colub be rich or they are lying

(There is no way a human could have smashed the light like it was.) -maybe not humans as we "know" them.

Seriously, how do you explain native tribes just up and disappearing? Or explain the native stories of coming into this world, maybe through a hole, etc. They claim they left the "ohter" world(which was similar to this one) because it was Evil.

I know we aren't all dumb enough not to buy this. Anyone have a good book to read on parallel dimensions?

Its amazing how people can get so irritated by someones account: "Sounds like a Mountain Lion squealing to her cubs, Warning them was two Morons approaching, Yes a female lion could easily jump up in a tree with a quarter of an elk, The bent flashlight, your scared mind playing tricks on you"
I mean really is there a need to get personal? Is there any reason to start name calling? If you dont believe more power too you. I am pretty sure that no one with a sighting story on here is trying to make a non beliver a believer. Were just retelling a situation that happened. I am not saying that there is "NO" other options or solutions to what happened that night. I do however know that what we heard was no cat. I shot shot many cats and spent a great portion of my life guiding and spending time in the mtns. It was not a cat. But yes a cat "could take a quarter into a tree" however if it did so there would be evidence of where it climbed. Also I am sure that a cat would not choose the thickest group of fir trees around to climb with a meal.
PS. In north america our cats like to bury there kills and carion finds. Not climb trees like leopards.
H2Snow I promise I will not leave the weapons in the truck next time. At the time I didnt have much to fear as most everything in the woods (at least in oregon) heads for cover when humans show up. Anyway enjoy the thread everyone!!

a little over 30 years ago, i had set up my elk camp in eastern utah....i located where i wanted to be by scouting from the air....it was on the edge of a very old and abandoned logging camp....it was hard to get to with a 4-wheel pickup, and i selected it for its' remoteness and water and feed for elk....i set up my tent and got everything ready for a before dawn walk of about 2 miles to get to a saddle that i know elk crossed frequently....i was by myself, and that first night had a little trouble going to sleep....about 1 o'clock in the morning, i heard something slap the side of my 10' x 14' tent...i wasn't sure what it was, but it definitely woke me up...i was thinking maybe a branch snapped back from a critter walking by....a few minutes went by, and i started to settle back in my sleeping bag, when a quick shadow (partial moon) passed over the side of my tent just above my head, followed by the slap on the side of the tent...i was no **** awake now, i rolled to the center of the tent, and flipped the safety off my remington 350 mag, and waited....several minutes went by with nothing, i was getting cold and was about to get back in the bag when something again slapped the side of the tent, this time on the dark side of the tent where one of the vertical support poles was....my coleman stove was there, with a pot on it, which clattered to the ground, and almost made me fire through the tent...i heard something with considerable weight make a couple of steps away from the tent, and then total quiet....an awesome feeling of tension and presence of something besides myself being there...i quietly got dressed and was about to put on my boots when i heard one of the most god-awful gutteral screams with a short grunt on the end....i've spent much time in the woods and outback, most of it by myself and feel very comfortable there, but this was beyond disconcerting...i didn't sleep at all, and at get-up time ate some cold food before taking off....i got my elk about 9:30 that morning, i've never cleaned and quartered an elk so fast...it took 4 round trips back to camp, and i packed and was out of there by 7:30 that night...if i would have have to stay, it would have been in the truck...never heard anymore from the creature, and i've camped there almost every elk season since and never heard anything like it again

slyrydr, you go by yourself? That would pucker up my azz. I'd have a few guys and a bunch of trail cameras set up if I were you, next time. Nightvision goggles are handy also.

any of you boise/nampa/meridian area boys want to go on a big foot hunt in 2 weeks. The last sighting i know of was east of secesh summit in 2006. anybody up?

I got $100 that says Chubby is going camping up there and will bring a jar of KY and leave the Tent "UNZIPPED" and Hope:eek:

.

These stories are very creepy...........

If I were in a tent, I would scream like a little girl, and pack up and get the hell out of of there right away.........

I would belive in bigfoot before God . But thats just based on the conversations I had with the tooth fairy!

You can't tell me that with all the people in the backcountry, wilderness etc. Snowmobiling, skiing, camping, hiking, hunting, picture taking, whatever, that no one has ever gotten a good look or even a decent picture of this wooly booger, The world is too small and way to heavily populated to conceal this willy wah for this long, If he exsisted someone would have had an accidental encounter with this thing that was significant enough for some hard evidence, Sorry guy's, There is no willy wah in the jungle, Think of the sheep and goat hunters that spend hours upon hours glassing through the worlds best spotting scopes, Looking miles across canyons, None of them have ever seen this dude, Wait, he must have known they were glassing:rolleyes:

^^^^not saying your idea is weak, but we've had the same family land for almost a hundred years....in that time I was the first person to see a certain flower in the area, the first to find some Indian ricing pits and the 2nd to find a floating cranberry bog. And that's only on 87 acres that butts up to a thousand or so state acres.

Um, hey buddy, Indian crap, flowers, and cranberry bogs are not exacxtly a 7 foot tall hairy ape like creature who grossly resembles your mother in law!

No, but cranberrys are a damn little berry to find in thick chit...

Just saying you need to be in the right place and time...and we have alot of country and alot of it isn't occupied very often by man.

X, I couldnt agree more. I dont know an exact number but I am positive not every square inch of idaho has been covered by man. I was riding 4 weeks ago ane just looking out I thought to myself..." If you were a creature that didnt want to get seen this is where you would go as I look out into over 100 miles of thick trees that head towards the bitteroots and MT. Just saying there is a lot of country that is not or very seldemly traveled by man. Plus if they exist they are obviously smarter so Im sure they know your coming before you leave the sight of your car. Just my $.02
