Antistab with PC 2.6

Just put my skid together with the Antistab. I will be running a PC 2.6 153". I have the 7 tooth drivers from avid for the track and the whale bros Antistab. My question is I put the anti stab in the holes that the stock limiter strap bar was in. It is a little higher up than the instructions for the Antistab say to put your hole. The wheels are still below the hi fax say a 1/16 to a 1/8. Is that enough to be effective. I also need to cut the tips back I want to make sure I have the wheels right before I do that. Also when I do cut them back should I cut them just behind the front face of the wheel. Thx guys

When I put my 3" track on I used the same holes as you did for the anti stab kit and I also cut the rails just behind the front of the wheel like your talking. I ran it last season for 400 miles and it worked great.

Just did mine the other day. I put the skid on the floor like you have it then used a square off the floor and drew a line straight up leaving about 3/8 of rail in front of the hole. You will cut them off at an angle then bevel your hifax back a little.

So I cut them and if is stabbing pretty bad. Do I need to put a new whole in or or just trim it back some more like said in the last post. If anyone has some pics that would be great
