i got some anti ratchets for my summit rev and i have heard to put an anti-stab kit on them or trim the rails down..got to looking at my rails yesterday and there isnt much to trim at all. what should i do?

I stabbed my Challenger Lite last year. I think the challenger lite was the problem. But it sure was a mess, lots of dollars, and some pain later.

Needless to say, i still havent bothered with the anti-stab. but i've only heard/seen truth of about 4 tracks ever ripping inhalf, and they were all the crap Challenger Lites

Been running 7 tooth anti's on 2 07 revs. One has 3000 miles and the other 2000+ miles. Have not had a problem with either of them. There are a lot of sleds running anti rachet drivers and very few using anti stab kits.

I have never heard of this on a Doo--I have run anti ratchets on almost every model Doo since the mid eighties and never had a stabbing issue. I have heard of this on other brands--but never a Doo.

i run the anti stab kit,,but i have a 3.0 track little piece of mind with the 3.0..should not need them with the 2.52 pitch,,unless you have trimmed the rails..
