Anti- ratcheting drivers

I have an 2012 Polaris Pro RMK 800 163. I have an aftermarket Timbersled skid. The motor and clutching parts are mostly aftermarket. Would aftermarket Avid drivers be a plus to add. Are they really necessary? I do a lot of hill climbing but nothing sick. Any imput would be appreciated.

No. As long as you maintain proper track tension you shouldn't have ratcheting. Switching drivers is only beneficial if going to a different pitch track or in high horsepower applications where stock drivers aren't enough.
