TO everyone: I'm very sorry to have to cancel this year!! With the the way my job is going i will not be able to do it this year Plus Anthony Lakes dont
have the $ to put out for the extras that it cost. I'm on hard dollar jobs
I'm running 2 jobs at once.Real PAIN !! We do want to put on the race next year!!!!!!!!!!!!
They will have elec. on for people that want to come up for last week end
you can go up and have some fun. I know this is not cool but the way the
economy is right now we really have no choice.Once again i'm verry sorry
and we do hope every thing picks up for the 2010 season if you want to call

Its official no hillclimb! this really sucks we have more snow this year then any of the past 6 years. We are not able to obtain a permit from the circus in time.
I do have to say the the new manager at Anthony Lakes Bill is great to deal with he is very motivated to put on a event, he is wanting to start having meetings now for an event next year.

Why aren't you asking for any dealership support? Is there a reason? I would like to think with 15+ years in the business I would have a little pull with big money sponsors and also with maybe getting some big name hill climbers to this event with enough notice that is. Just wondering what I personally have ever done to the Anthony Lakes Hill Climb to be left out!

It sure seems there is enough racer interest in this to not happen at some time. Let me know if I can help out with any sanctioning help. Our members have had positive interest in helping to put on a event or two. Tom WSSRA

Hey, if you are some what close to anthony we all line up to drag race to the top of rock garden. Sunday after the resort closes down we all line up at the base of the chair lift and the ski patrol starts us. Its kinda like a hill cross and a lot of fun. Anthony has 12ft of snow at the top and 9ft at the lodge. WOW that is the most snow i have ever seen at anthony. Then after they start us up on the top of the hill is some great climbs with some nice shoots. It sounds like Outlaw Motor Sports will be there with 1 or 2 2010 demo sleds to try out. The resort said they will close at 1pm lots of fun riding. Would be nice of michelle from baker yamaha would bring some of here mod sleds so we could get to check them out also. Fun Fun.
