Another updated clutch bolt for the 9r / Boost Service Bulletin S-24-04

Hopefully they'll replace the bolt even if you may have installed aftermarket clutching on your P22 :)

Really…what is the difference with this fix from the previous fix?
The first "fix" with the billet spider came with a silver primary bolt. Then during last year's season, came the new and improved black bolt. Pretty sure that is the bolt we're getting with this latest recall.

I already upgraded to that one and it has less than 200 miles on it, if they put another one on, I'll ask for the old one as a spare

I have a 24' 9r. Don't remember receiving any recall notice last year. Unless the 24's came with the black bolt?

I did call my dealer yesterday, they didn't really have any info. yet since the bulletin just came out.

I had two 2024 9r last year and they didn't come with black bolt. Our dealer installed the black bolt in both of them in March 2024 which is I believe when they came out with that updated bolt.

Is this another new service bulletin that I should try to get my dealer to do on my sled? Or is it an older one. Just picked up a 23 left over boost and when I was at the dealer a couple months ago picking it up they claimed it had all the latest updates completed.

This just confirms that all Polaris MY 23 and 24 sleds are trash and should be treated as such.

Probably the main reason why nobody is buying used sleds right now unless they are priced at <10k!

Thanks Ultrasaurus.

Any chance you could post the full TSB with number shown so I can try and convince my dealer to look into it.

Just checked. I definitely don’t have a black bolt.

First Polaris I’ve ever owned so getting caught up on all these issues. Thought my clutch issues on my car were bad. Haha.

Thanks
