Ordered a Klim f4 helmet in Febuary paid for it no helmet by the end of Febuary did get them on the phone he said they were back ordered and would be in March 27th that date has come and gone now he won't return emails or phone calls. Saddly I guess I'm just another victim of a dishonest retailer. Buyer beware I guess.:mad:
 
your probally SOL since he is no longer a klim dealer. maybe freeagent can put you in touch with a klim rep that may help you out
 
Had problems with them too

I ordered some parts for Christmas and finally got them a month later after posting on here. Its too bad the economy probably hasn't helped them either. I guess if I was ordering any more Klim gear I would go direct to Klim. Good Luck.

Turn his azz in to authorities, this is clearly theft by deception. Can't believe people just keep letting this loser take advantage of them....
 
Correct, we have not returned his calls as we have not been able to receive them as our phone has been down pretty much all week. Have not received any emails regarding this and have sent him a message to make sure we are getting everyone's issues resolved. As I mentioned before, we still have some open issues that we are resolving. We have even made attempts to send some partial payments out to show we are making good on these, however some of them elect NOT to receive a partial payment. I would rather send out some partials to show we are at least taking action on these.

You have some of the crappiest luck. Dont get your money, phones going down, people picking on you on the internet not believing your "truth".

Or it just seems you are a real ****ty dealer who just keeps makeing more and more excuses.........

The reluctance for partial payment is not without merit,often accepting a partial payment on a debt gets misconstrued into an agreement being made on the overall amount..anyway its all sure taking alot of :clock::clock:

This thread was started at 8:26 am & less than 3 hours later you're on here defending yourself.
My point is, perhaps your time may be better invested in righting your ship than surfing the net.
These "gliches" have been ongoing now for months.
Everything you say may be true, but it doesn't matter because very few people are believing you anymore.
The old saying goes...."Perception becomes reality" and more and more you are being perceived as crooked.

Everyone of these "bad experiences" will take dozens of "good experiences" to absolve your reputation. (and that is only if the happy customer comes out & brags you up, which just doesn't happen that often)

Good luck, your battle is an uphill one.

Why don't you call the phone company and have that phone fixed, or you could call verizon and buy a cell phone. Mine works flawlessly and has for years. Based on your reputation you would probably need a prepaid plan though.
 
Oh but he's still a good guy with good intentions, right??? Oh and he's got a family and trying to run a business so it's hard, right??? And after getting screwed over by utility companies, suppliers, and customers makes it tough to run a successful business, right???

That, there, is what happens to every single business ran out there at one time or another and yet somehow it is dealt with, and not nearly with the kinds of problems that Team2 then relays on to his customers. Why don't you have to put up with the problems seen here, everywhere else? Why are people still buying from this fraud? Why is he still operating?

Team2, business is not your calling. There's many other opportunities out there. Don't drag a good group of people (SnoWesters) down with you!

I have not read this whole thread, just some replies here & there.

I've tried to be objective & non-judgemental realizing that I obviously don't know all of the facts.

At times I've even felt a bit sorry for "Team2", thinking that bashing him may just be the "in thing" to do.

Here's the conclusion I've come to.
This forum is a conduit to many, many snowmobilers.
A perfect medium for peddling snowmo related products.
Best of all, this advertising is free of charge.
Here we learn that free of charge does not mean at no cost.
The benefit of free advertising comes with the vulnerability of instant, public
customer feedback.
One must remember some basic rules of retailing......
The customer is always right. (if you agree to take their money, it has to be on their terms)
Perception usually becomes reality. (most on here perceive he has questionable business behavior, meaning this is no longer a lucrative conduit to coveted prospects)

I can honestly say, I have never heard of someone having so many phone issues. These guys have been claming they don't get messages, phone doesn't work, etc...

I was lucky

I orderd alot of things from team 2 but they were not in stock so I waited 2 1/2 months before they told me they were no longer a Klim dealer and my other things were still on back order. I didn't pay them anything but I had to start over and order from another company.
 
My dog ate my homework, the check's in the mail, sorry I'm late I had a flat, I don't feel good, It's not my fault I'm fat It's McDonalds fault, I'm entitled to the best free healthcare, my grandmother passed away, work causes too much pain in my neck, my phone doesn't work.
