Well I began my checks on the sled for this next year. I have the barkbuster front end and well, to say it looked worn out is an understatement. All the bushing were bad, the spindle mounting holes are oblonged and there was some hyme joint issues as well. The lower arms are the older style with the drain holes and no grease fitting.

Called Allan over the weekend and left a message. He called me back right away and we talked again today. To say he has great customer service is an understatement. He's committed to his customers and is sending out an entirely new front end as a replacement. I really wish we had more buisnesses conducting buisness this way, really standing behind their product and doing the right thing for their customers.

I would say Allan&Budd are one of the top ones I have delt with along with SLP,Powderlites and about 10 other products I carry. To bad some of the others that I will not name can't be the same.

I'm glad I looked into things myself, instead of taking the word of a person who gave me differant info about the condition of this front end. You live and you learn.

I have to say the same, top notch service. I had a rear skid and the rear top arm and cross shaft bent and he replaced it No questions asked, just sent him the old one and he sent me a much stronger one. Other companys that go above and beyond are: Power Addiction or Fastrax
