It's easy to arm chair quarterback the cops action unless you put yourself in his shoes and know the whole dynamics of what happened before the shooting. Was the cop struck, his gun attempted to be taken away, a huge suspect in a rage charging refusesing all orders to stop hands and arms up ready to beat the heck out of you or take your gun and kill you . The pure terror of the moment all by yourself . I don't know yet without the facts, the autopsy proves nothing to me at this point.

Whatever the case, cops are too trigger happy all over the place and something needs to be done. Here are so many problems everywhere with no control in sight, and the way i see it, some powerful people are getting hard-ons for population control.

A really big concern of mine is mentally disabled folks. Many stories of cops ganging up and beating them to death. One incodent was recorded for a half hour a disabled man wasnt doing anything to deserve even a confrontation before the beating took place. the beating lasted close to a half hour and you can hear the victim choking on his blood. Crying for his dad " help me daddy please theyre killing me " the mentally ill man was no match for the 4 cops.

Same thing happened south of seattle recently. A mentally disabled man was running around in circles in an apartment complex screaming for help asking people to call the cops for help. 4 cops showed up and beat him to death.

Why?

Everday they are confronted with some type of situation/drama/accident
/murder. They are worried about their own safety while trying to enforce
the law while diffusing the situation all in split second timing.
Would you make the right call 100% of the time, I know I wouldnt and
I would be the most trigger happy cop out there because at the end of
the day I want to go home the same way I came.
We expect perfection from our Police yet we dont pay or train enough.

Not really, but it is something that happens almost daily to black people, hence it should probably get more coverage. This was simply a catalyst that set of feelings that are constantly there.

FYI, it did happen to a young white/hispanic man in SLC 2 days after and got very little news coverage, and it happens to people almost every day in the US and gets very little news coverage.

Yes, wouldnt you??? People are actors, they might act/seem like they are descent but when they have the opportunity to throttle you they will. Cops can never let their guard down and must be ready.

Here's another crazy theory....
