Just a heads up with the new snow flap. I had one on mine and it worked great until I got stuck one time and it got folded up. It cracked along the top, not far below the rivits. Looking at the new bumpers on the Axys, they support the flap farther down to help with that I think.

My axys flap with 3" is cracked.



I think its from the bowl shape and wheelieing it nearly over too many times.

Its never been sucked in and usually points straight back.

3 inch flap might work, on trail, first thing in the morning but after that it is straight back until you get it in the shop and warm it up.

I'm a big fan of the PC. Which drivers did you go with? Avid 7 tooth and rail trim?

Do you mind taking a photo of driver/ rail tip area?

Ya we will see how the flap lasts. Yes avid 7t drivers and antistab with rail trim. I will get a pic when I go back out.

The sled had 2.25pc and 8t from Carl's when I got it, ran it for a season like that then switched to the 2.6pc for half a season or so. Now trying the 3".

I found the 2.25pc was a bit better than the poo 2.4 track. Haven't compared the 2.6 pc to the poo 2.6, wish I could though. Hoping this 3" works aswell as I think it will.

Went for a rip, runs the same temp as the 2.6 did but we have a few inches of fluff and it is -26C right now lol. Had to come back because my goggles were icing up. Once the snow/ice melts off I will get a pic of the rail tips.
