Fresh reeds causing drop in idle rpm and fouling plugs

Have 2018 axys 800 pro just put fresh oem reeds in and I started fouling plugs and had rpm drop long with not reaching peak rpm. Put originals back in and sled ran mint. Any reason why fresh reeds would cause such an issue. They where installed correctly

Vern on artic cat ascender had the same basic issue...vforce reeds. Might just be faulty reeds.

If you replaced the stock reeds with VForce, that’s what happens.

new reeds where oem. put old ones back in and runs mint. thought vforce was oem
