We usually start our Xmas fund drive around Thanksgiving, if I recall correctly, and then have a dinner with the ladies a couple of weeks before Xmas. So let's get it started. Kim, you and Doug coordinate again? I'll be the first to pledge $100. Let's get this going again and keep the tradition alive - such a great thing and heartwarming to help with this.
