I think this election says more about the candidate Romney than it does about Jomama...

They "legalized" it in Montana in 2004. Turned into a MESS.
Legislature overturned and re-wrote the marij laws in Montana.
There was just an inititiative this year to overturn the Legislature's work on the premise that "the people spoke in 2004, so put it back the way we want it". IT FAILED!!!! LMFAO!!!

I would say yes, or at the least take disciplinary action. Alcohol is legal, but if I've been drinking and my company decides to give me a random test....I'm in serious trouble.
In an employment at will state, an employer can fire you for damn near any reason.
C'mon guyz and gals, we are stronger than this. I have never allowed the president or congress to determine my success or happiness. This is still the greatest country in the world, with the most freedom and oppurtunity.
As for the republican party ( I voted McCain '08, Romney '12) it is time for a fresh face and a total rebuild. We can no longer be represented by venomous mouthpieces such as Donald Trump, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, or any of the other talk show run my mouth rich old white guys. Albeit there is knowledge and experience among these men,it is lost in hatred and anger towards the opposition. Yes folks winning an election is a popularity contest, and untill the republican party gets' a total makeover we won't get a foot in the door.
In closing let's move forward, put a smile on your faces and lead by example. Show the world how great we are, and how much better we can be. Offer up good ideas and alternatives, rather than waging a war on everything wrong with the opposition. Take the high road and be the America everyone wants to live in. Just my 2 cents

No, what we have is 4 more years of hearing it is Bush's fault. Only real problem is that it is going to cost us a lot more money this time.
(regardless of who won yesterday) It wasn't necessarily Bush's fault, it was the fault of the American public for electing an idiot to the office of President of the United States, TWICE!
