Hey guys just a heads up on new things to come. Late this season we should have a 36'' narrowing kit available that will work on 2005-13's. will not have to buy shocks unless your just plain upgrading. I"ll try to keep everybody up to speed on progress. Thanks!

What is the price point on the 36 a arms? I'm very interested seeing how the new style of Zbroz are bending easy.

Thanks
Matt

They will be $445.00 and that will be with sway bar tabs. This has been a long time comming for us but we diddnt want to commit until we could give it our full attention due to a flooded season of other projects.

Have u ever seen one that was snapped in half? Without any sled damage? If not, I will post a pic up for you tomorrow. These arms were purchased in Jan 11

i could as well. Not making any accusations, but it make you wonder what kind of kick back some guys get. Its like the guys that get sponsored. They get the $hit for free, so its automatically the best thing since slice bread. Hmmm

I didn't get my ARS/FX A-arms for free and I love them. The high clearance design is pretty smart too.
i dont doubt you paid for them. i was just stating a point from halloween liberty justice for all guy. I have never had the 36'' kit, but had the broz 39'' kit and was a mess from word giti go. Not going back, clearance thing or not. To me if you put a bend in an arm like that its going to continue the bending process if you hit something. Just a mechanic, not a fab dood, but..

Dan do you have any pictures of this kit? Are you doing Red and Black like your 39 kit? Do you get clearance on the spindle ie Holt?

They will look exactly like the 39'' arms with the exception of the lower. That will only change slightly due to the sway bar attachment. Yep, good old red and black for standard colors. Not sure i understand the clearance question? Thanks!
Dan

On the zbros the back of the spindles have to be ground down for clearance due to using the stock ball joint and the way they build there arms for more clearance.

Since Dan uses a hiem joint on the lower arm I don't think it will be a problem.

lol! Not that I'm against it in any way what's so ever but the three beer minimum may explain it. Again....lol. that's good stuff. I think AK got it. No grinding on the spindles unless you run the camber too far in (+) then to get even more than stock you can remove some material to get more turning radius. Nothing wrong with the questions just keep em to a two beer minimum. Cheers!!

How are guy's liking the 36" width on there pro's? What do you notice mostly? Easier to initiate a carve I imagine?
Do you loose any sidehill ability do to "panelling out"? Whats are the con's?

Just wanted to give an update. Arms went to powder coat today. Should be 7-10 days to ship. Kit will again use stock shocks as well as sway bar. We only built a limited number due to being so late in the season but we always have a guy or two back out so if you have been on the fence or just kickin tires give me a call. I forgot to get an actual weight ( yea me??!) but i will post it tomorrow. Thanks for all the support and a help for another great year guys!

Ok, so it looks like according to my fish scale thats been rolling around on the floor and stepped on just a couple times the 2012 39'' arms are as follows.. Lower 4.01 Upper 1.37. Alt 36'' Lower 2.54 Upper 1.0 Weight loss of 3.66lbs for the cromoly. We havent done the Titanium yet so im not 100% sure but it has always been rule of thumb to be 2lbs more for a weight savings. Now remember that is for the 2012, and i diddnt bring home the info for the 2013 arms to give that weight. Thanks again!

Just wanted to clarify the shock lengths usable on these arms. 11/12 use 17.5" shocks and 13 uses 16.6" shocks.....so i guess what I'm askin is, do u use different lower arms to allow use of the stock shocks for each respective year? Thanks!!

Dan... you really need to invest in an accurate scale if you are selliing Ti parts....
