Alpine Motorsports

no and chances are he still might be at the x games with cb. even if he is there tomorrow, they will be trying to get caught up...

Flint will be there. They are one of the few shops that believes that accidents and broken parts don't have to wait until Tuesday to be ordered or fixed. I like that, too bad that they don't deal Doo.

Glad you have had good luck with them. I checked on the way to the cabin last year, and they pretty much told me, that if I did not buy me sled there, do not bother them....So I won't bother them.......
Maybe it pays to live in town?

Flint no longer works there and Erik should be there. They are open on Mondays like pj said.

Wha???? Guess I been away too long. H e was there last time I was in. Bought a helmet for my kid and some gloves (see post below)

Have never bought a sled from them. They know I like Doo and don't have a problem with it. I don't trash them and they don't trash me. I find that funny, there are a ton of guys that go in there every weekend that don't buy their sleds there and get parts and supplies there.

I am glad to hear it....I am not dissing them, but had been wondering if it was just inoportune timing, or what. Will try again at some point. Just wanted yhour opinion, as you know them better than I do. Thanks

Erik can be the biggest prick if you catch him on the wrong day & in the wrong mood. On the other hand, he is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever had the chance to learn from, and has spent a ton of time explaining things to me that other folks would never take the time to break down for you.

He's sorta like Burandt...

Burandt will keep taking harder & harder lines till you fall off, then he comes around & digs you out

Erik will get more & more technical until he sees your eyes glaze over, then he backs up a bit & breaks it down for you.

There are few people that have the technical knowledge that he has along with the passion to make a sled rip!!
