alpine area

How is the snow in the Alpine area? Never been there but supposed to be heading there next Monday for the week. Wondering how the riding was.

Its ok. Finally got a few inches overnight but its been a couple weeks without much. Can find some secret stashes but those slowly are getting tracked up too.

Read the Rockin' M snow reports just below this thread. He usually keeps them updated. They just got a lot of snow, so Monday and Tuesday might be bluebird days for you. I recommend heading to Blind Bull at least one of those days. It's a long trail ride (30 miles), but worth it on a sunny/snowy day to folks that haven't been there before. It's very wide open, so not the best on overcast days.

I'll be there the same week, but not riding until Thursday. Enjoy.
