Air Travel With Checked Avy Pack

What is TSA's rule on traveling with an ABS pack? Can I check this on a Southwest flight?

here is a list of prohibited items, what can be carried on board and what can be checked.

I would advice you to check with your airline, even if its not a prohibited item, and get the response in written. Also carry a copy of the prohibited items list.

It all depends on the airline. Outside the US, they have no problem accepting the canisters as checked luggage. However, inside the US, only certain carriers allow them. Call ahead and check with your carrier. Delta & United don't allow them; however, I had had a customer call Delta last month and they made an exception.
