Air Intake for rear mounted turbo

The boost gods have blessed my sled. Now the intake is on I will not be able to use the bag/gas cans that lock on the tunnel behind the seat unless I 90 it in the air.... Should I be concerned with it 90 that it could break off when rolling it? Or any other concern that you guys have experienced? It seems like the fittings would flex..... Thanks for your help...

I had mine in a 90 straight up last year and never had an issue with it breaking off. The tubing I used for the 90 (picked up a kit for it that Outlaw Motorsports made me) is flexible and even hitting it with my foot when transferring from side to side it never had a problem.

This year I shortened it slightly, and canted it towards the left side of the sled instead of straight up. That should help with me hitting it with my foot at least.

I made a 90 degree snorkel kit for my MPI turbo and it works great. It is flexible if/when I hit it with my foot. No issues the last two seasons.

not a nytro. but my apex came with a CR RACING intake which is basically a 90 off the turbo and back over. and I think it works nice. sled has a cheetah factory rack on the back. I had some issues with feet rubbing or hitting it like when i went to lift my legs over for sidehilling, but i started to andle it more back and back and down. now its perfect. its probably 1/2 a inch from the rack and down load enough i never touch it. its made out of nice soft silicone also so in a roll over it shouldnt be a problem :face-icon-small-sho

heres the best pic i have of it or what I'm talking about anyways lol

Dayco 70921 Rad hose. Works great, alot of them on the snow. Kick it all the time and rolled a few times and still intact.

tarzan. have you changed out that track yet? its worth to. feels like you gain a solid 70 hp from increased traction you gain from a camo extreme....

Yes i do not run the finger track anymore. I run the CE 2,5 extreme now, a 155" 2,86 pitch.
