Got my sled back from the dealer a few days ago, and I must say, there is quite a difference in the sound of the reverse mechanism when you activate reverse.
There is almost no sound at all. I pressed the reverse button several dozen times over the last few days to activate reverse, and it seems to be a good fix for the issues some had.
I was in the shop when the guys were doing the update, and saw the parts they are now installing. It looks Wayyyyyy more substantial than what they replaced. Instead of the actuator only having 3 gear teeth, it has something like 7 or 8.
YOu guys should be pleased with the difference.
Proof is "in the pudding" for sure, but this seems like it should work much better.
