ABS Pack

Where can I get the best price on the ABS Freeride pack. Most sites have them for $970. I have heard of people getting them for cheaper. If anyone knows of a great deal I would appreaciate it. Thanks.

If you go to Jackson hole hillclimbs this year, they had a booth their last year where I got my deal at. They were a little cheaper then regularly through out the season. Probably will be their this year too.

IIRC Firstplaceparts and Snowbigdeal will replace your canister for free if you provide a detailed description of the avy incident that you were involved in if you have to pull the trigger. That would be something to think about for me.

I have set off avy's when the the level was not high according to the forecast. The ABS is an added layer of protection that hopefully will not be needed. The extra money in the bank is no good if your dead.

If you can afford it why wouldn't you? I like as much safety stuff as I can get! You never know what can happen.

I saw one in Utah for $870. I already have one so i didn't pay too much attention. I'm going back in tomorrow and i'll check on it for you.
