Well, no still pictures as all we had was video's.. so the intro is just the documentation of my failure... i shouldnt of tried to go up there and my charge tube blew off and i rolled it into the trees. oh well, got it out and all but some broken bar mounts were the trouble. patched it up and rode some more. not a bad day for unloading at 3pm. was filmed using my roomates go pro hero

Nice, what day were you up there? Kallen and I put a bunch of tracks in there yesterday and were gunna go again today but didn't get to it. Planning again for Thursday.

it was actually almost 2 weeks ago come to think of it, was wednesday after spring break.. i forgot about the last week.. busy with school.

sunday.... cooke, its gonna be deep, you should come down.

Would be all about making a Cooke trip this weekend. I'll see if I can rally a few guys...haven't ridden there in a few weeks and am having Cooke City withdrawls.

So, how did you get that sled out of there with a broken steering post?

I am curious as to how you did it........

it just ripped the stupid little adapter caps that mount the round bars to the flat post top.. i sorta jammed it all together. the rest of the riding was done with them sorta halfway loose. but it worked.

The heavyweight rx1 does have an advantage over the Yamadoo. That little tree woudn't have slowed my sled down when I had it going across that hill , not with all the weight behind it.. Ha Ha !!!

Ken.....

ahaha...

yeah, it was sorta dumb, that tree shouldnt have stopped me, but i had both feet on the inside board and even thought i let off it just hooked the outside carbide on my skis and yanked it up.. if i had planned on running it over and had been on the throttle, it would have gone down.
