A little throttle to start

Not a big deal, but, I have to open the throttle just a little to get my 06 900 to start. I have a lefty throttle so no big deal. I just repaired the broken TPS pigtail and the problem is still there. Runs fine after starting. just wondering if anyone had a thought on this.

U can very slightly adjust the Allen set screw in the clutch side of the throttle body in to open the plates a little.

Don't do it too much or u will throw off ur tps settings

Do you have to hold it the entire time for it to stay running or will it quit once you let go?

At higher altitudes it will die in a couple of seconds if i don't squeeze the throttle slightly. At home it keeps running with no throttle.
