A little Sidehilling on an Apex Video.

Super Nice Video! Been thinking about an Apex for my next sled. I want to try some videoing like that. Only been taking still pics of our riding. What kind of camera are you folks using?
First track days are what we ride for!!!

Thanks for the comments guys.

The camera I am using is a Sony HDR-SR7.
I need to get a decent computer to make HD video though. The computer I am using isn't fast enough to make the HD quality fomat. I had to render it once which made it 960 mb but then had to import into another player in order to get it down to 70 mb. However it took like 20 minutes to render a 4 1/2 minute clip. From what I have seen Photobucket can upload much more mb than youtube can. I've got about an hour of footage with that quality of snow but the computer take so long to do anything with it its been hard to make any videos.

Anybody have sugestions for a computer? Iv'e been thinking about getting a mac.

WOW That is absolutely amazing excellent riding ability you look taller than average, I'm guessing that helps a lot with the heavier sled being that you have a higher fulcrum point... Thanks for posting

Yeah I guess I am a little talller than most. I am 6'1" but i am only 175 lbs. Well I guess you could add 15 lbs because of my backpack.

nice vid. i've rode all 4 brands and i think ski-doo sidehills the worst.

as far as the new computer goes you won't regret getting a mac. if you really need to you can run windows on it but after using it you won't want to.

great vid!

I love doing stuff like that on my apex....makes people wonder. :-)

-is it stock?
-you must have lightened it a lot, eh?
-etc etc etc
