I just bought this sled today, picking it up tomorrow. It's a '13 pro 800.
It Appears as though the glue let go. Dealer doesn't have any instock, so I'm wondering if there has been any luck with other over the counter glues.

Epoxies, automotive body panel glue, ect???

X2, I just had to bolt mine. I didn't like the thought of it coming back apart so I ordered a set of ars-fx arms

It is unlikely you will find anybody with the right glue in stock. NAPA can get the glue for you. Do a search (on snowest)and the part numbers should come up in the thread on lords adhesives.

Clean it, re-glue then pop a couple rivets in for good measure.

We use a 2 part epoxy from grainger at work to put steel plates on buildings and rig equipment... I would be willing to be that if you used something like that it would never come off.

The glue Polaris uses is a Lords 406-19GB. Here is a great thread on the subject.

I went with an alternative in Loctite to glue my chaincase back on and so far its been great!
H8100 is the loctite adhesive that is comparable to the lords 406-19GB

Good luck with your search!

You can re glue using any 2 part metal bonding adhesive then use a self tapping stainless Hex-head screw through the injection hole....do not over tighten the screw.
This worked just fine for me for a season (17-20 rides).
Call Timbersled, tell them you are a Snowest member & they will hook you up with some nice lower A-arms. No need to change the stock uppers, they're a great A-arm.
