a arm coming unglued

On the safe side I have decided to replace the stock ones. Took the right side off tonight and could not believe how much water was in the lower arm. I kept shaking it and it kept coming out. Rust colored.
Suggestion plug the two holes they are the high point and glue area is low with no drain hole.
The stock uppers did not impress me that much when looking at the underside.
They look good but I am no expert and I want to be on the safe side, the ones coming apart destroy more than just a the arm.

working on the a arms now should be all set in a week or two for testing bring on the snow
