I was wondering if anyone had a 840 from Big John and wanted to know if its as good as im thinking it is. I really love love my Summit x and want more power and want it to be able to stand up both in the flat land and the mountins with out wrenching on it every 2 miles. Whats the power diffrence from his 840 to race porting and head work?
Whos race porting?? how much compression?? how much timing??
The SHR840HO runs stock pipe/pump gas/trail...you want MORE hp?? just ask...but pump gas is out the window...BJ

I didnt really know this option was available for the 800HO engine.. My cylinders and head are out to Aaen for race porting and head work. 15 to 1 compression..Will be using there pipe with a hps can..

Can I get to worn out cylinders and send to you? to get it bored to 840cc, replated and ported out? Do it have to be 800HO cylinders or is it OK with 03 800nonHO?
How many mm of overbore is it to get 840cc?
I want the RKtek cheater head mod as well, is it ok to make this out of a 03 800non HO head?
I ride in Norway and we have pumpgas that is "98 octane" but I think its almost the same as your 92 octane, What kind of compression can I have on this fuel?
