800R won't rev?

Clutch setup is:415 ramps,160/230,16 gram pins,44/36 helix,beige spring.
I cleaned the raves and checked them for movement when running,also checked the hose to mag side solenoid.
At full throttle it revs to 8000 then falls to 7300 and slowly accelerates to
8200. This same setup works fine on another sled.
What is wrong?

Use a 160/320 primary and Doo purple spring in the secondary....your springs are too soft.

Sorry for the misprint!
It is a 160/320 spring primary spring and a purple secondary. The beige is in my 98x.

Should work pretty good. I would look for bad primary rollers, bad secondary rollers or bushing.
