Are the exhaust valves interchangeable between the 700 and 800 motors?

Where's the best place to buy a stainless steel replacement for the aluminum ones that are in there?
The aluminum valves I have in there now are starting to look a little smashed where the guillotine bottoms out in the cylinder. One side actually has a crack in this spot. Would it be worth it to try and weld or just replace with new aluminum.
Best bet is to buy new valves. or even a good set of used ones off of here or ebay. If you can get a cheap set of used ones in good condition and put a set of springs and bellows then you are good as new.

I only have 3500 miles on the sled so I'm guessing this part would be hard to find used in good condition. Guess I'll pony up the 150.00 for a new set. Thanks for the responses

The valve is OEM #5132669 (replaces # 1202091). Different from '04-'05.
Polaris discontinued those valves earlier this year. I needed to replace 1 of mine. I just found a dealer who had 2 left in stock, and bought them both.

It is an 03. Called the local dealer, they only had 1 but found another dealer who had two. Kind of a joke that Polaris no longer makes this part.

That's too bad Polaris is doing that. There will be some pissed off people in the future when they need to replace them. The 700 ves are pretty reliable, but not bulletproof.

Thank you for contacting Polaris. The 1202091 Guillotine Valve subs to 5132669 which has been discontinued and is no longer available through Polaris. However, the 5133743 Guillotine Valve used on 2004-2005 700s is dimensionally the same as the 5132669 valve with the addition of a decompression hole. This valve may be used to replace the 2002-2003 700 guillotine valve. We are currently in the process of superseding to the new part number.
