550 Summit HELP!!!!!!

We and our friends are 4 days away from departure on our BIG Yellowstone trip. My buddy's wife rides an 07 Summit 550F. He bought her an electric faceshield for her helmet, but he can't find a 12 volt power source. He checked the 20 amp fuse under the hood as well as the red/white plug and is only getting 4.5 volts from them. Does anyone know where we can find 12 volts on a 550F without electric start???

i have found apair of red/black wires that terminate in a connector
above the motor in zx and rev chassis, i recently verified this is
accessory output by looking at an '02 legend w/ factory helmet
plug. without electric start or battery this may be a.c. but will still
work, in any case it probably would not register 12 volts until 6000
rpms.
