What color is best overall lense? Chris. And do you use a klim helmet ive never been a fan of mixing and matching for google seal reasons.
I would like to get a pair of them, but like the helmet I had my dealer order in November I think the googles are with the same Unicorn ****ting rainbows.
I have a pair of the Abom heated, and I do not wear them because they have no nose guard. Also, I do have to wonder what in the world the other brands are doing with STILL not offering anything like this? Klim, FXR, you name it, these are big companies and they are just letting 509 have the whole market? What in the world?
And, yes, I know a few folks ride ABOMs, but until they offer a nose guard, their goggle is a non-starter for me. I will never even consider wearing a goggle without a nose guard anymore.

When i purchased them "The Aboms" several years ago at the Utah snow show I told the guy pimping them that they needed a nose guard, he said in the next revision they would consider it. Guess that meant "piss off". What I preferred about the Aboms was they had no external battery, and is why I purchased them over the 509's.I have a pair of the Abom heated, and I do not wear them because they have no nose guard.
Probably liability, safer to make adjustments when someone isn't pinned down a trail.I still can’t figure out why the battery/button was put on the right side...you know, the throttle hand? C’mon engineers!
never even thought about that.I still can’t figure out why the battery/button was put on the right side...you know, the throttle hand? C’mon engineers!
That's funny. I've continued every year for the last 3 years to make sure to visit the ABOM guys every year at the Utah snow show and let them know that the nose guard is the deal breaker. Yeah, so far, they don't seem to much care. When i purchased them "The Aboms" several years ago at the Utah snow show I told the guy pimping them that they needed a nose guard, he said in the next revision they would consider it. I had looked at the pair Oakley was selling, and it was the same thing, no nose guard. I should have bought the Oakley's, that way the other pair of Oakley's I have would have company taking up space in my bag.
I really need to consolidate, I seriously think I have 10 to 15 pairs of googles, and I generally only carry 2-3 with me on the sled, including the ones I wear.
If I did not spend so much on them I might have been able to move out of my moms basement, or is it her fault for enabling me to buy so many, I am pretty sure is her fault.
