Wow, so got off the phone with 509. Not great customer service, says since I bought them off Ebay there is nothing 509 can do to help besides trouble shoot the problem. After a long conversation all they have to offer is that the goggles will fog unless they 100% fit the the helmet and face perfectly. And won't help in every situation depending if the fogging starts at the middle of the goggle, top or bottom. So essentially this is a marketing gimmick and since the heat wire is in the bottom I am going to assume and middle and top fogging will always continue to help. Man every company polaris touches ends up with the worst customer service in history.
