$50 per month of trailer storage in your backyard

My apartment is gonna tow my 3 place sled trailer if I don't get it moved soon. I was wondering if any SnoWesters have extra space in their backyard for my 18' X 9' trailer for around $50 per month for only the winter/ spring riding season. I got a place for the summer. I got a garage for my sled so the trailer would be empty. I usually go riding about every other weekend so I would come by about twice a month. I live in Tacoma and anyone reasonably close to here could at least throw me an offer. PM me. Doesn't hurt to try.
