Set your camera on a tripod and aim it in the direction lighting is occurring. Open the lens and keep it open until there have been a few strikes then close the lens. If you don't have a camera that will do that, a time exposure set for 15 seconds or a minute or whatever if there are lots of strikes occurring.

My Canon will do that. Thanks, I'll give that a try. Looks like forecast has us slated for storms later this week.
