now i heard u can stain a sled deck with transmission fluid.........is this correct?

i'm sure you can but you may not want to. people will stain a fence with used motor oil and it looks great. the problem is that it's not very good for anything that happens to be underneath it (ie. the ground, your truck, drinking water, etc).

^ that, and I imagine it would be slippery as f, particularly when wet (ie all the time)
