Last year it was not a problem..But this year around 1000-1100 miles the fumes started killing me.. any one else?

What exactly are you talking about?
Wether stopped at a crossroad or traveling @ 60mph I'm engulfed w/ gas exhaust fumes coming up to me from the Right running board area.If there is a STRONG cross wind traveling from right to left the fumes disappear
I didn't want to lead people's answers, but I Expected better fuel economy after break in.. but fuel usage went up about 20%
Have you inspected the exhaust system? Missing any springs? Perhaps a gasket is missing or damaged? What you are describing is not a thing I've ever experienced with any of mine.
Yes I did that 1st.. I also permatexted the exhaust seals during reassembly ...I appreciate your interest..
Hey Griff Thanks, What did you use? the outer outlet tube runs cool enough to use silicone?
Yes RTV works.
