2025 Boost Will not start

2025 Boost will not start. It always seemed to have some trouble idling since new and often could not get it to start without giving some throttle. Last time out it stopped building boost but ran ok otherwise and I was planning to take to dealer. However, when I went to put on my sled deck it no longer wants to start now matter what I try. About 400 miles on the sled.

So before I lift it on the deck with a backhoe, Any tips on what to check?

I have checked all the obvious items (plugs new, all fuses good, key, teether, etc...)

I let my sled warm up before my first ride but it got to 100 degrees before I was done getting ready so I hit the kill switch.

When I was ready to ride, it wouldn't start.

I disconnected the fuel pump, held the throttle wide open and it started/died.

Plugged the fuel pump back in and it's been normal since.

I had to do this about 5x on my 850 NA throughout its life.

It's the plug with a brown wire coming out of it above the clutches.

I doubt this will solve your issue but it's always a good troubleshooting step to try

I did something similar on a 24 9R last year. We pulled the rope like 3-5 times with the kill switch down and throttle pinned and then it started right away. It was like resetting the tps. I with I could find the procedure we followed.

Same here. I have only had to do it once on my 2022 boost.
